Handybin Waste Services has been using the services of Coastline Haulage to transport its recycled products to Sydney or Brisbane for the past five years. The Handybin Material Recycling Facility (MRF) produces over 9000 tonnes of Cardboard, Newsprint, Plastic Bottles & Steel cans every year.
Handybin has limited storage facilities so it is important to us to have regular collections of our products, especially in the peak summer period. Coastline work with us to keep our products moving. They are good people to deal with, understanding enough about our operations to help address any concerns quickly & efficiently. If problems are encountered, whether operational or administrative, they work with us to get to the cause & then fix them promptly
For our part we also try to work in with them, for example to facilitate back loads, recognising that a win-win solution helps us both to keep costs down.
